Please carefully review these Terms and Conditions before making a payment on the Runway PR Media website.

1. General:

• These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Runway PR Media website and any services purchased through it.
• By making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• Runway PR Media reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Payment:

• All payments are made in US Dollars (USD).
• We accept payment through secure credit card processing platforms.
• We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available to cover the payment.
• In the event of a failed payment, we may attempt to contact you to resolve the issue.

3. Service Fees:

• The fees for our services are outlined on our website and in your chosen service package.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to modify our service fees at any time without prior notice.

4. Service Delivery:

• We will commence work on your press release once your payment is received and verified.
• The timeframe for delivery of your press release will be specified in your chosen service package.
• We cannot guarantee publication in any specific media outlets.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving the final press release before we submit it for distribution.

5. Refunds and Cancellations:

• Full refund: If you cancel your Service request within 24 hours of making the payment and before your press release has been submitted for distribution.
• For cancellations made after 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after your press release has been submitted for distribution.

6. Intellectual Property:

• You retain all ownership rights to your press release content.
• By submitting your press release for distribution, you grant Runway PR Media a non-exclusive right to distribute it through our network of media outlets.

7. Disclaimer:

• Runway PR Media makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, with respect to the services provided.
• We do not guarantee the success of your press release campaign.
• You agree to hold harmless Runway PR Media from any and all claims arising out of or related to your use of our services.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

• These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
• Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.
